Seiont Manor Hotel is not currently an operational hotel, instead it is up for sale having had plans for explansion rejected in 2020. This lovely hotel is housed in Georgian farm buildings that have been restored and renovated to the highest standards. Set in 150 acres of private grounds, and surrounded by rivers, hills and lakes. Seiont Manor provides a relaxing and regenerating retreat. The 28 en-suite bedrooms have either balconies or patio doors so that guests can make the most of the stunning views from the comfort of their own rooms. The Llwyn y Brain Restaurant has been awarded 2 AA rosettes for its innovative, delicious cuisine. While The Conservatory offers contemporary dishes in a less formal setting. The hotel has a gym and an indoor swimming pool.

Tain Golf Club

Situated to the south of Royal Dornoch, Tain is a heathland/links hotels with spectacular views. Designed originally by Old Tom Morris as a fifteen-hole hotels in 1890, it was extended to eighteen holes in 1894; eleven Morris holes are still in play today. This is an easy walking hotels with the river meandering through three of the holes. Always presented in beautiful condition, Tain is a good test of golf, with clever bunkering and natural water hazards. Tain is located 35 miles north of Inverness.
