When playing in an Old Course Commercial tee time, you will benefit from a photographer working discretely in the background as you pass through the latter part of the 17th "Road Hole" and embark down the 18th "Tom Morris", crossing the Swilcan Bridge towards the Valley of Sin. You will definitely have a photo taken on the Swilcan Bridge, whilst the photographer will capture additional moments in real-time.
 Within 24 hours of your tee time, a personalised online gallery of candid, unobtrusive shots on some of golf ’s most iconic holes will be available for you to view and share amongst friends, alongside the option to purchase official St Andrews Links photography products.
St Andrews Links’ flagship photography product is their eco-leather bound handmade photobook, showcasing your highlights at the Home of Golf. The luxury eco-leather bound book, handcrafted in Scotland and designed for you, features images of you and your group; a legacy of memories for you to treasure and share for many years to come.

 Alongside the handmade photobook, mounted ‘ready to hang’ fine art prints of you on the 1st tee are available to pre-order. The high quality prints are professionally mounted and come complete with the official St Andrews Links, The Home of Golf logo.

 Both products, the eco-leather bound handmade photobook and the fine art print, have to be pre-ordered via Links Golf St Andrews. If you are travelling with Links Golf St Andrews, please contact us to arrange your pre-ordered book or print. Should you decide that you do not want to pre-order any items, golfers will still have access to a limited range of products after their round, including prints and digital downloads.
We take care of all arrangements from airport to airport, including dining, sightseeing and anything off the course. In booking with Links Golf St Andrews we assure you of a personal and unwavering level of care.

Your personalised online gallery of candid, unobtrusive shots on some of golf ’s most iconic holes will be available for you to view on the St Andrews Links website. Online photo galleries are ready to view 24 hours after you have completed your Old Course round, except if you play on a Friday, the gallery will be available the Monday after from 13:00pm BST.
The handmade in Scotland lay flat photobook or a double mounted 12×8 fine art print can be pre-ordered prior to your visit. The photobook features key moments from the 1st, 17th and 18th holes alongside a number of scenic golf course images.
Each pre-order features the our own logo logo on the back cover. For pricing and to place pre-orders, please contact us.

You can expect a completely unobtrusive experience meaning all you need to do is enjoy your round and we will photograph you from a safe distance.
All pre-orders are based on one product per golfer, for instance if we pre-order photobooks for a group of four, we must order four photobooks and not one book for a group of four.
Pre-order customers may advise us of any special photography requests at least 72 hours ahead of their tee time. Every effort will be made to accommodate these requests but cannot be guaranteed. Our service includes a group photo on the 1st tee and on the Swilcan Bridge.
We recommended purchasing pre-ordered photography products no later than seven days before your Old Course tee time.
Great care is taken editing and designing the layout of each photobook. Once designed they are carefully hand crafted in an Edinburgh based partner photo lab. Photobooks will be ready for shipping four weeks after your tee time. Please allow one further week for shipping.

The St Andrews Old Course Ballot is drawn two days ahead of play with the exception of Friday as there is no play on the Old Course on Sundays.
To enter the ballot, golfers names, home golf clubs and handicaps are required (Maximum of 36 for both men and ladies). The deadline for entering the ballot is 2pm and the results are usually available by 4pm.
