Aimee — Thanks for all your great assistance in setting up our trip. It was great to meet you, your Dad, Adam, and several others on your team. A few quick thoughts on some of the hotels & restaurants. Rusacks was very nice; we loved everything about it — the location, the view, the staff, and the restaurant on the top floor (18). Would definitely go back there. We loved Links House and everything about our stay in Dornoch. We ate dinner twice at Mara and it was great; the staff both at the restaurant and the hotel generally were friendly and accommodating. And we really enjoyed our dinner at Luigi as well; good casual vibe and great food. Gleneagles was very special as well. There’s so much to do (spa, etc.). We had a world class meal at Andrew Fairlie and the accommodations at Gleneagles were first rate. The Balmoral in Edinburgh was lovely. For me the highlight of the trip was the Tattoo. Not to be missed! Thanks again for everything.”
