It was truly impressive how well you and your team took care of us during the trip. Everyone was exceedingly nice, and accommodating in every conceivable way, to make our trip more enjoyable. We never felt rushed or late for anything and we were provided terrific recommendations on restaurants, wine store (for Richard’s gift) and the local sites to see. A special call out to Gordon who was amazing in helping Tim resolve his missing passport by driving him back to The Old Course Hotel and back to the airport. Your team was great in finding Tim a room at an airport hotel for his extra day.
