This was my first trip to Scotland to play golf, and boy, what trip it was!!! When Tim and I started speaking about this trip back in November of 2022, he mentioned he had used Links Golf before and felt it would be the right choice to handle this trip. To say it would be the right choice, well,  that turned out to be a HUGE understatement! Everything was perfect. Your staff was as punctual as the finest Swiss watch (this is very important to me and was not disappointed). Ian, Gordon and Fin were extremely polite, professional and made us feel as we were part of the family. Everything they did for us, was always with a smile. I never heard the word “no” come out of their mouth. We spent most of our time with Fin and enough cannot be said about this fine young man. Fin made our trip even more enjoyable by sharing stories and history of Scotland and the golf courses. He was a rockstar! The golf courses you set up were second to none. The hotels were equally as good. Honestly, I cannot say there was any item I would have changed. In the United States when a someone out performs expectations, we always say, “you hit it out of the park.” Well, Links Golf “hit it out of the park” on this trip for us. I must mention one last item. Not sure if you know but we did not receive our golf bags or luggage when we arrived. After many calls to numerous personnel at the airport, we were able to locate them and had to go pick them up the next morning. We had to take a car ride to the airport at 5:30 am in order to be back in time for our tee time. Having said this, while at dinner, I received a call from Fin. He mentioned that Mark had authorized for him to pick us up at 5:30 am and drive us to the airport and back so we could get our clubs and luggage. This was not Links Golf responsibility, but Mark made it his. I cannot thank Mark enough for his actions. I was looking to personally thank him but was never able to catch up with him. If you could please extend my thanks to Mark, I would greatly appreciate it. Links Golf is not just a golf trip planning company, it is a company that takes Customer Service to the next level by always looking for ways to have their clients have the best possible pleasant memories of the trip.”
