“I don’t believe that I can adequately indicate to you all how grateful I am for such a great vacation and all of the stellar care you provided….but I will try! Mark, you have built an incredible entity, clearly dialed in to your clients in the most wonderful manner. I think your greatest asset is your team. To a person, everyone was kind, helpful, accommodating and genuine in their interactions. Iain, Joe, and Andrew did a marvellous job in getting me to where I needed to go. Great with conversation, I learned so much from each of them. Elaine and Aimee also carted me around and it was great to be able to visit with them. I must say that all drive your beautiful new vans so adeptly, as if they are small sedans!
I cannot thank you enough for getting me in to see Bernie Li….what a great guy. He graciously saw me twice and got me “sorted out” which was very key for the golf academy week. I also learned a lot from him, and now consider him to be another St. Andrews friend. He told me I need to buy a place in St. Andrews, and I told him I needed a Scotsman to do that with, so he needed to get on that! He had a great sense of humor, is a wonderful clinician, and just a great guy.
All of the accommodations were fine. All of the staff were very kind, welcoming and helpful. The golf academy was fantastic on every level. Scott, Andy, Craig and Adele did a phenomenal job. We had nine attendees, all there individually and not knowing other attendees, and at the end of the week we were giving hugs goodbye and plan to stay in touch. It was marvellous, and I told Scott and Rachel that I want to come back next year. In a word, the trip was very healing for me. Much needed, much appreciated, and I am ready to repeat it!”
