I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to drop a note to thank you and your team for making this trip a memorable experience. In particular, I wanted you to know how much we appreciated everything Adam did for us. His dedication to customer satisfaction truly goes beyond the call of duty, and I felt it necessary to highlight his efforts to you. What particularly stood out was Adam’s proactive approach and attention to detail. He took the initiative to promptly follow up on all our requests. We had nothing planned for our day off, and he recommended that we see the Highland Games. It was a great experience. On a personal note, Adam and I talked about how our young grandson loved seeing the highland cows during our visit to Scotland last year. At the airport, Adam gave me a book about highland cows for our grandson. It was a very thoughtful act that I will never forget. Attached is a picture of our grandson with the book. Thank you for fostering a team that prioritizes outstanding customer service. Please extend my commendation to Adam for an exceptionally well-done job.”
